In this episode I push to unlock the Arceuus spellbook and use one of Runescapes most forgotten and underused spells with an item not many people think could auto cast this spellbook. To use this spellbook I first have to train my magic without casting any spells and show off some very uncommon training methods for magic and strength.

My cosmetic item definition:
The way I will go about this is an cosmetic item is something that has been cosmetically changed, essentially giving it a different colour or look. For example dark bow paint or a Twisted ancestral colour kits change the item cosmetically.
Another thing is Items that are already cosmetically changed. Stuff like any (g) or (t) armour you get from clues. This does also include 99 capes because they get trimmed when you have 2 or more 99's. So anything that has a base form that's been changed. Items like the decorative pieces from castle wars don't count because they are already in their base form unlike an adamant platebody g which has a base form of a regular adamant platebody.
Rules
- I can only wear and cosmetic items. This also means no punching or kicking monsters as well as not manually casting spells without a cosmetic staff. The same applies for skilling but I can use tools from my inventory just not equip them until I can change them.
- I can also wear imbued and enchanted items. This opens up some other very unique items for me to use, as enchanting or imbuing does cosmetically change items. They basically get a bit lighter but you can't deny it is a cosmetic change.
Exceptions
- The Ammo slot. I can put any items in this slot. This is the only equip able spot that doesn't have to have a cosmetic item in it. This is so it makes all the cosmetic items I can get actually usable like a magic shortbow imbued.
- activities where I have to wear another item for it. For example the gauntlet, LMS and quests. Obviously this is so it doesn't lock me out of quests and items I can get in the future.
