Zen ji agar yeah video or kuch din pehele dete thee toh mera ac bhi fully vacumed hota😢😢😢but ab laga chuka hai ac 4 months ho gaye hai... Pray karta hu koi problem na aaye long term me..... sir we installed daikin one ton 3 star ac yesterday technician didn't do vaccuming and the service was very bad we ask the shop for replacement they are ready to replace the ODU but i ask for IDU also because the technician made lot of scratches on IDU . does IDU get any issues or only IDU get affected due to no vaccum during installation

Is there a time limit for vacuuming, such as 10 minutes, 30 minutes, or 1 hour? Should there be a specific reading on the gauge to indicate completion? Recently, a technician installed my LG 1 Ton Inverter air conditioner and conducted vacuuming for only 10 minutes, showing a reading of -20 on the gauge. Is this duration and reading accurate? Timing does not matter much, reading should be negative. Purging of vacuuming hoses is carried out if air is suspected.

Sir, Recently (3 days before) I bought OGeneral 1.5 Ton Inverter AC. At the installation time the technician didn't do the vaccum. When asked about vaccum, he said I purged it, vaccum is not necessary. Today, when keeping the temperature to 26 or 24 there is no chilling. Only when I keep the temperature below 20, there is a chilling effect. I called the technician (asked to send a new one). He is also telling same. Checked the gas with guage when the unit is on Powerful Mode. It shows 140 psi. He asked me to start the AC in 18 degrees and run it for 30 minutes and then after that you can shift to 24,26 or 27. Please help!

Aapki AC ki problem solve hui? 160psi yani ki R410A gas lag rahi hai. Pressure to theek hai but agar gas ke saath pipes mein air bhi hoga to proper cooling nhi karega.

Nice information sir, My AC may have the same issue. When installation was done, technician didn't vacuum, but that season the AC ran good but from next season, cooling was decreased to the point I could no longer feel it even though the grill temperature was fine. Sir, is this possible that when vacuum was not done at install time the AC ran good that year but from next season cooling was decreased. If this is correct, then do I need to remove the gas, vacuum it then again fill it with gas? Do I also need to check capillary and filter incase they're not in good shape due to moisture. Also do I need to check compressor pumping? Regards!

Yes to all. You can also do nitrogen flushing to drive out moisture.

सर, मैंने कल ही Daikin 1.8 टन 6400w कूलिंग कैपेसिटी का फिक्स स्पीड AC लगवाया है....इसके लिए कोई 2 बेस्ट स्टेबलाइजर बताइए प्लीज। मेरे यहां पीक गर्मियों में वोल्टेज कभी भी 200v से कम नहीं जाती है पर बाकी दिनों में 250-265v तक रहती है, अभी भी 261V आ रहे हैं।

Sir, AC install karte time patli wali pipe welding k karan block hogyi thi. Wahan pe Jab cutting karke dobara welding kiya uss time pipe me Jama sara Gas to nikal gaya. To kya ye AC cooling me effect karega? Techniciao bola koi problem nai hai. Pressure bilkul sahi hai 160 bata ra hai. Abhi outdoor temp 44° C h to itna hi cooling rahega. Aur mera 1.5 ton 5 star daikin AC Raat ko bhi desired temp 18° C nai pahunch paa ra hai. Raat bhar chalta hai tab 24° tak pahunch ra hai. Dipahar mein to 29-30° hi rehta hai uss se niche nai jaara hai. Kya karun? Room size 192 sqft. Ceiling par direct light aati hai but not over any wall

How much time should the vacuuming be done? Yesterday I made sure the installer came with the pump but he only vacuumed for 5 minutes. I'm really upset that even after having the info, I didn't fight to get more vacuum time 😢

Gauge is more important than time. Below 500 microns is great. Generally that should happen in 15 to 20 min.

I just want to mention that it is only because of your installation videos that I could even ask the technician to bring the pump. They were not bringing it earlier. Hello Sir, I have recently changed the position of our A/C so everything was dismantled and again installed but the technician did not do any vaccuming and he did that pump down method. Now the A/C is not at all performing well, we keep at 16C all night still the room won't cool down. Now another technician has serviced the unit and he is saying there might be air in the system, pressure reading is 140psi. He is recommending to flush out all the refrigerant, vaccum the system and charge fresh Refrigerant. Is this diagnosis correct and will the process improve cooling capacity?

That is why I have explained why you should vacuum when shifting. Coming to the diagnosis, it appears to be correct. Also, stop using that AC as it can exploded due to over pressure.

I got a new ac installed last week. It was not vaccumed though daikin had mentioned in the installation manual. Now the only solution is to get the gas removed, flush the nitrogen, vacuum the ac unit and recharge it with fresh r32 gas correct? Can you pls share the details of the vacuum process so that I don't get fooled by the ac technician this time.

Sir ji ,apka video dekh k, mene apna ODU replace karwaa liya, qyuki mere baar baar bolne aur warning Dene par bhi vacuum pumping nahi Kiya Gaya tha. Lekin ab replaced ODU ke karan, electricity consumption bahut jyada ho raha hai. ( Vacuum PUMPING hua h) . Ek ghante mein 4 unit , jabki Mera AC 28-30 ° c pe chalta hai, wo bhi night mein. Lloyd AC 2 Ton, 3 star, fixed speed, 6400 watt cooling capacity. Phle Jo ODU tha, bina vaccum pumping kiye, usme ek hour mein half unit electricity consumption hota tha. Sir ji please reply, abhi kya karein. Kis problem ke karan electricity consumption jyada ho raha hai. Please reply. Can we talk over phone. Please guide.

installation lg walon nhi krta bhai.. sare brands 3rd party agency se krwata hain, only IFB khood compny ke logon se installation krta hain.. baki koi brand ka compny ka installation persons nhi hota hain.

Sirji don't worry, some LG ac comes with pre charged line sets. So they don't need vacuuming. Ask LG service centre as well as customer care. They will vacuum only if there is an extension to the copper pipe or any major repairs. Else not required. Chill. If pre charged line sets then enjoy for 10 -15 years.
