Yup you will have to force them to do that. They skip the part to save time. Vaccum is mandatory. There is no exception.

Aapne ac ki exterior unit Ac se niche level pe rakhi hai. Isse cooling pe farq nahi aata? Mere technician ne bola ki compressor ko jyada power lagani padegi as its against gravity. Kindly explain.

बिल्कुल सही बताया कूलिंग के साथ बिजली का खर्चा भी ज्यादा आएगा क्योंकि इस समय गैस पानी मे बदल चुकी होती है और पानी को इनडोर तक ले जाने में कॉम्प्रेसर पर लोड ज्यादा आ जाता है

Vacuum is required, LG technician is lazy because vacuum takes times. It's very important to vacuum.
