I just watched your interview then this one, I would say that you're great. I love the way you speak so natural. I actually applied with the same company before, passed the initial interview but declined my demo class since my previous Korean employer contacted me again to work with her. I didn't get the chance to experience working with the company, after watching this video, I could say that I made the right decision. I don't think I can handle the pressure that you are experiencing. Like penalties, time management, unreliable or unreachable supervisors in times of need. But I am proud of you, you are so competitive in this field given that you didn't have any teaching exp. before. Kudos po teacher.

Been with Acadsoc for almost 2 years na, yung 60k po per month na naka-advertised ay malayo sa actual salary rate ng tutors nila even if you work full time, maybe meron pero sobrang kaunti lang po. 😅

8 hours is not enough to get 60,000 pesos salary. possible na hanggang yung 15k if baguhan ka kasi less bookings pa yan. I agree sa fact na nag lolock ng slots if nag cancel ka as in super stressful yun.

You are such a strong-willed employee for you to take the negative points of the company. A year or more back, the academy where I used to work with were supposed to have a tie-up with acadsoc pero nung nabasa namin yung contract nila with the teachers WHOA lang ang nasabi namin. It was just too much especially with the penalties... Kaya Hindi namin tinuloy and we never regret anything.
