Washing dishes in a sink full of warm soapy water is a great way to get your hands & wrist moving again. If a dish falls in the water it won't break !

Now my arm can move freely due to regular exercise 😄

I hope by now that you are better. I have been out of my cast for a week and couldn't begin doing any of these, even after two sessions of therapy.

@@debbiegibson3604 my mom said i dont need to go to therepy it just a waste of money and i still cant do it even now after almost 1 month

@@XxHerohavenxX you have to do the exercises everyday at home besides the therapy visitation it needs a lot patience, discipline. its a long time process fracture healing
