I got selected in accenture on October it's been four months since i haven't got any mail regarding document verification will it take this much time. But i got selected in on campus recruitment process so will the verification happens after the completion of college pls clarify me sister.

Today I took Accenture assessment for system and application services I took both cognitive as well as technical at the same time but after that I got time validity is over, I have raised the ticket also, they are telling me to wait , company should take the decision, So my question is will Accenture give a retest..?
