If you want some fun, make the 930 Turbo into a RUF Yellowbird, and take it on the Ring like they did in the 80's.

Oh man I did, the thing gives you really good vehicle control especially when using a sim wheel, mine still has to be tuned to eliminate the uncontrollable oversteer, but it the rear mounted engine really helps with throttle control practice and learning how to control the car when it starts sliding. Also the official yellowbird is gonna be added in a future update (was found in game files)

Porsches have always been great, in my opinion. A part of my appreciation for them comes from playing Porsche 2000 on the PS1. It takes you through the history of the marque, from the 356 to the 911 GT1.

I love older Porsches,like the older 911(996,993) ,the Boxer, and the famous RSR of course. Fun fact: Patrik Blazsán is a Hungarian e-athlete who plays Gran Turismo at a professional level. He started playing e-sports at the age of 14, in the F1 2011 game. He joined the Race Online Hungary team in 2013. In 2021, he participated in the Gran Turismo World Championship in Paris, where he finished 10th overall. In 2022, the Association of Hungarian Sports Journalists elected him E-athlete of the Year.

Thanks for the update, I'm 26... I'd just about accept buying for a new console just to play Gran Tourismo again if they try to bring back as much classic cars as possible (like gt6, 4 etc) and try not to make them like garbage. Where else can you drive a 2CV, Xantia and hundreds of other cars that shouldn't go unrecorded and forgotten

Old man here, 39 years old 😅. For me the 1974 Porsche 911 Carrera RS 3.0 is my favorite Porsche. It’s wild and fun to drive🙃. No shame in getting older and liking refiner things. Comes with wisdom.

12:20 Don`t quote me on this one but I`m almost sure that the sound of your car will change depending on what type of exhaust you`re currently using. idk how or why I haven`t tested this myself since I play this game quite often but I just remember folks saying that this is the reason why they go with the sport grade muffler instead of the racing one

Well the sound changes, but the racing muffler is louder and has more performance benefits than the sports one.

28 Is quite young hun no worries lol the 811's confuse me I can't tell the difference between a 911, 911 Turbo, Turbo S, GT2, GT3, GT4 ...did I miss any? It's even worse for the 930, 964, 993 and all the other designations> They get so confusing and then it just frustrates me

I would pick the 2022 992 gen 911 GT3 with the MANUAL gearbox. The newer generation has the double-wishbone front suspension which gives a much better grip and turn-in.
