In this video, we explore one of the many remote lakes in New Brunswick. We weren't expecting the weather to turn so early but my brother and I did not resist the situation we were in. Finding peace in all moments - good or bad takes practice, but it is liberating when you can find a way to do it.

Great filmmaking, Jordan! My sideways hike story is getting lost hiking down a volcano and having to walk down a rising riverbed to the ocean, but I’ll save the rest of the story for in-person! 😂

Nice for you to get out with your brother for a hike. Something I make sure of, is that when my Son or I, go out on the trail, we both have a Life Straw and at least a dozen purification tablets. We start off with full canteens and a couple extra liters of water. Stainless canteens with cup capable of boiling water are best.

Ya great tips! I'm going to be purchasing a filter, just haven't gotten around to it yet. Will have to for the Fundy Footpath this summer that's for sure!

We are planning to drive through Moncton, St John, Fredericton, and Halifax, is it possible for us to meet up when we are in St John? We are a tribe of 3, looking to move to one of the cities. Originally from Toronto. We shall be in St John on May 21st, any tips will be appreciated.

Irving Nature Park, Uptown + Container Village, Queen Square Market (21st Sundays only), Rockwood Park. Sadly I don't think we can meet as there might be a new kid in our house around then so we are not making any plans - next time though for sure!! Safe travels!

I’m on grand manan and we have a smaller island that is accessible at low tide but we misjudged the high tide that day and ended up getting stuck there for 6 hours after spending 3 hours exploring the island, wasn’t terrible we got a fire going and tended that to pass time

@@FundyisleLegacy that's an adventure! I usually always have what I need to get by in a time like that. Ferro rod, few snacks, etc.
