Hi there. My exterior wall is stucco or cement which I don't quite sure. Anyway, the thing is each time I talk to the cotractors, they will tell me they have to do it inside. Why?

how about drill and fill from inside.. we do that then mud and tape our plugs..

That was my thinking because stucco wall exteriors have metal lath and some sort of water vapor paper and stucco. Sounds easier to fill from interior of house. Im still researching tho, but I plan to go interior route through drywall.
