Thanks! I still love driving the 2023 Aspec 6MT! It's a solid car and I'm not all about power, but rather the handling, the fun factor and the versatile nature of Integras make them....exactly like you say, fantastic value. I do find the speakers to be sweet as well 😀 😃 The BMWs are nice looking, and people do love them--i think the versatility of the Integra gives it an edge :)

Also a Tech owner here. I'm beginning to mod mine just to get a nicer roar and a few more HP. Always something to look into if you want some more power but don't want to pay type S prices.

@ATSpectre8k Definitely worth considering. The AspecTech is super great, and honestly, it has plenty of power. Doing a few mods like that could be fun if you really need more--Teggy S has TONS of power, which is not for everyone either, so Aspec is just about perfect foe most, I think: )

Thanks! I still think they look so good the TEP and the C-Rims :) I like the options you're going with. The Illuminated door sill was 1300$ for me, so that's quite a bit. I think if you like the way it looks, it's all about what makes you happy. The Carbon spoiler will really enhance the sportiness, although, I do like the standard spoiler still. What about those projected AMarks? Since you're getting the door sill, maybe interesting to see the full illumination package :😀 It gets to low 100s where I'm at, so it scalding at times, but I haven't had any major issues yet haha, in the winter we get low 20s consistently, and that'll be cold too. If that's a concern, I'd still get it and keep it as a shelf piece. If you ever decide to part with it, it'll make it more special. I think it's fun to just look at! The OEM knob is nice tho ;) I haven't compared them side-by-side for comparison, I'll have to give it a shot, but they are both gonna give you excellent shifting fun :) You are right about the sweaty hands. For me, driving the Type S is a special experience, so I make sure my hands are clean. I'm gonna be treating it with some protective spray, but it's "hands down" (pun intended) more difficult to maintain. If you're worried, stick with the stock, it also feels excellent, and is very sporty!

@@PlasmadaeDal I like the carbon fiber spoiler, but because I also like the stock one I'd rather use that money towards the illuminated door sills instead. Unless I end up going with the red color. I saw how the copper wheels look on the PRP in the integra forums and that's literally the one color I didn't like them on, so that'd give me extra money for the carbon spoiler and the blacked out type s badges. And I think the projected A mark looks good, but I feel like it'd be too much going on with the door sills as well haha. For the shift knob I think it looks great, but unfortunately I don't have a garage and living in SoCal that sun is gonna be burning that thing whenever I park it outside at work or at home haha. I'm going to be getting it fully ceramic coated and tinted as well (with such a special car I want to take care of it as much as I can), so in total with all the accessories, title & registration, ceramic coating, and tinting I don't want to go too far over $60k

I think you'll love the Illuminated door sills...they do look good, but the stock are great, so all what you wanna prioritize--i also like the stick spoiler :) The ceramic is a good idea. I also did a clear bra on the front bumper, hood, side fenders, and mirror caps....forgot to mention that!

Titanium shift knob does get hot when parked under the sun. When parked just cover with something like a baseball cap, toque or glove.

I just installed the mud flaps and door visors today haha. I'll have to take a pic in the morning. Looks sweet. I really want the Illuminated front emblem but local dealer is charging 700 with install lol. Trying to justify price in my mind hahaha

@Scarface6009 I was wondering, because yeah, there's already quite a bit of side spoiler going on. Just pay the money, it's worth it. You have to take the ENTIRE front bumper off, and i would not recommend you worrying about lining up the bumper to the fender panels....unless you really enjoy that, but it's a pain. Plus, it actually looks as good as it costs in person--super dope!

I think you need to have the dealer fix it and ask them to return it to pristine. Make a formal appointment because that is something Acura prod needs to be aware of. They are obligated to provide you the vehicle in perfect condition, and if not, make sure they clean it all up for you and have them detail everywhere. This is a production issue. I would also have them assess if any damage was done. If so, then I would ask to be put back on top of the list so you get it faster and they can do what they will with the injured Teggy S. Such an unfortunate experience, and Acura would be appalled to hear of it. They need to make it right. Sorry to hear that!

Not yet, but it looks so good, you won't need it. Maybe one day they'll have it, but it's seriously one of the best looking diffusers available for any car and you'll be happy with it :)

How come?! You don't need AWD do ya? :) Trust me, AWD isn't a value add for this car--it's a personality trait that teaches dynamics in driving and it's super fun and playful :D

@turbogs1130 Sounds like a blast! The S2k is a gem of a car! I hear you, about having more control, but if given the choice, I'd only opt for AWD if it had a ton more HPs....the way Acura has it tuned is pure joy and the balnce is so great 😊 I personally like a little bit of play, but I'm not a race car driver, and I don't need to set records against others--for me, it's all about having fun, and the personality of the Integra is super lively. Don't get me wrong, this car is a pure sports car... Actually, whipping it around a corner is surprisingly stable, and you really would almost think it was AWD! With the Michelins and the Limited-Slip Diff and dual-axis suspension, it's truly a dream with it's handling. Acura works magic in this arena, but I get it. AWD has more control and the torque vectoring of the TLX is great...just not absolutely needed for me, and Honda/Acura does magic with FWD that it can't be compared...like, at all, to any other FWD--it's that good! At the lights, I'm 95% of the time fastest with my Aspec 6MT. I'm having too much fun getting that perfect launch for myself, everyone else is usually in their own world taking their sweet time 😜 So I'm not racing anyone, just trying for that perfect gear launch :😀 I would be curious tho, what you think after driving it, because so many are turned off because it doesn't have AWD and they're missing out!

@turbogs1130 No worries! It's definitely worth the demo ride if you are remotely considering it. It's a special car, and while others do have the AWD, this car in particular is giving a completely different experience, and you will love it! Trust me, you don't want or need AWD for this car :)

Super easy. I alcoholed it up really good, and then you stick it right on! So far it's been working great! Probably about 250 miles with the pedal.

I hear ya! The blackout badges would be a good option for you. The chrome definitely makes it pop out more. So all around blackout is a good option...or remove all the badging....but you're gonna have a hard time flying under the radar with this car because it looks so stinking good! 👍

@@jamwest3146 One surprise that I didn't expect was the 4-Door configuration of the Type S. A lot of folks were not pleased with this, but knowing what the original Type R had in the back solidified that Acura knows what they are doing! :D

You're right, the mirror caps are too expensive for me. They look great, but seriously, you could install them yourself with ease. I still love the original painted look too much!

@@PlasmadaeDal I own the standard Integra and the only accessories I got for the outside of my car were the puddle lights and door visors. Those are probably the most reasonably priced accessories and the ones I actually use. Got the cargo tray with seat back protection for the inside. Also got the floor mats not knowing the car came with a set anyway(not aspec mats just plain black).

Yea thats brutal $900. What state you in? Im in CT and they are charging $689 for the carbon cover installed 🤣 which is still overpriced as shit. Uninstalled probably cost like $500 ish lol. I should call and ask but the only expensive accessories I'm considering is the Illuminated Front emblem and the carbon spoiler

@@Scarface6009 I live in Seattle. I love the looks of the standard black spoiler. Can’t see paying around $1400 with installation on the carbon fiber spoiler. Your already getting a spoiler just can’t see paying such a high fee on a upgrade. Even if the car didn’t come with a spoiler I still wouldn’t pay the $1400 + tax + interest . No no and no.
