Super motivating seeing that weapons tab. I'm a very low spender (BP/Welkin type beat) and I always dread even thinking about spending wishes on weapons, but 5-ish months into the game I'm starting to slowly hit a point where vertical investment is becoming a realistic option for me, so I am leaning towards weapon banner more and more.

Weapon worth is tricky. In most cases a good cheap alternative does exist, but sometimes looking nice and knowing you have the best weapon is cool, especially if you main a character. I don't regret pulling them, you just gotta be open to both weapons on the banner, not just one. Also doesn't hurt when you get extra favonius weapons.

@@lunaRPG Im relativly new but are weapons really important? I mean a lot of dendro teams the main driver is not really doing most of the teams dps so it should only be really usefull on hypercarries which do like 60-70% of the team wide dmg right?

@@randomdude5430 yea dendro teams like hyperbloom don't care too much, but nilou's weapon for example is very strong, al haitham would prefer a nice weapon, clorinde aggravate would appreciate a 5 star weapon etc. If you are new I probably wouldn't value weapons that high, I would make sure to get the units first, then when you figure out who you like you can pick up some weapons.

Im Not f2p , and i do respect your choice for going vertical investment. Many players do not understand why vertical is better and end up with dog pop account .

I love this account. I too, am a vertical investor myself. Hopefully I'll be hitting my C6R1 arle when she comes out. And seeing your furina gives me hope.

Yo if you do, record your pulls man, that's something I regret. I pulled IRL with some friends but didn't record footage of it happening. Also I did get very lucky with my 50/50s, I hope you do too. I think xlice went to like 1000 pulls for his C6 furina which was brutal to watch.

I have a top 1% xiangling and an top 1% yelan as an f2p i am not a player who maxes everything either i only do what I need to such as abyss and events for primos and i don't explore,the game is definitely f2p friendly but it definitely tries to bait you into spending money and every patch is as monotonous as the previous one except for new regions or areas I'll probably end up quoting the game since I have nothing to do and really wish they add endgame

if you dont explore, the game is not really for you, its an open world game, the exploration is the biggest part this game has to offer, if you just play it for the gacha and the stats, there are other games that you will enjoy more, you should just move on at this point, you dont have to force yourself to play a game if you dont enjoy it anymore, there are many other games to play

@@GuruOfTheMoon ik there are other games but genshin's combat system out classes them in a lot of ways and yeah i will eventually move on but i am kinda interested in the story and what decision the Devs make I'll wait for a few patches if nothing changes I'll just quit

yep, most of my resin goes to artifacts, but I did get lucky. no 50 CV artifact though.

At first i wanted to collect every character but ill try vertical investing instead. I have Raiden, Yoimiya (regret), Nahida, Keqing and Kazuha. I want to get Wanderer next but after that im not sure. Im thinking about pulling for Zhongli, Furina, Kokomi and maybe Yelan. After that its just cons and weapons and any new characters. I do want to c2 my Raiden and get her signature weapon. Getting her weapon helps since it opens the catch to Xiangling.

Im so jealous of you rn! As a patch 1.1 f2p player who rerolled many times and juggled 2 accounts for awhile, my main account has almost the exact same progress as you do but NONE of the luck. You have 13 limited 5*s pulls i have 8, you have so many BiS 5 star weps, i lose the 50/50 on wep banner every single time! I have amany good artifacts but not enough characters to use them and its infuriating cause i keep waiting for my bad luck to regress but it hasnt happened 😡😡

Lol, for a while I had no stardust since I barely wished, I only have a lot now because of Furina pulls, so it hasn't become a habit yet.

The itto i aspire to have just got him and in 1 10 pull got 2 already had set kinda ready for him so hes 80 over 200 with 135 er

Btw how many primos did it take for c6 r1?

522 for furina, 66 for the weapon, but the weapon pity was built up long before trying to get Xiphos so it was only like a 10 pull at the time of her release. So 94 000 primos total, just under a year of saving.

The fact that you got c6 Furina with 500 wishes means you won 7 50/50s in a row and got at least one before soft pity. Thats so sus it comes off as someone who forgot you need 7 copies not 6 to get c6 and then did the calculation for how many wishes you'd need and forgot about 50/50s.

yep, i show all the wishes I spent in this video. average monthly primos as f2p was 8-9000 a month, because I had lots of story and world exploration. Don't sleep on those hidden quests. Also clear abyss every rotation and do every event. Now that I am caught up with the game, it's down to around 6-7000 primos a month.
