I was very hesitant clicking your video thinking being another poorly implemented convert your phone to monitor, but proved wrong. Lemo power, SDI loop and reliable connection is all needed to hear. Thank you for recommending

then you probably need the cineview wireless transmission system, the maximum up to 4 devices to monitoring, whether iphone ipad andriod or professionla monitor all.

Does the USB-C or lightning connection also provide power to the iPad or iPhone so you only have to worry about swapping the Sony NPF batteries to power both the Accsoon and Apple device at the same time?

Yes, it charges my iPad or iPhone whilst using it.

Thank you for this ! But I wonder if there's a big advantage to this compared with the Raveneye that I got with my ronin, I know it's wireless and has a slight delay but it's very negligeable. It can also record straight on my iPad and has features like focus peaking and false color.

I’d say app features and Lemo power if you’re using a higher level camera setup. The RavenEye is okay, but the Accsoon seems way more polished and an actual alternative to a filmmakers monitor instead of a gimbal video transmitter.

@@PhillipSkraba I guess Lemo power and sdi for high end cameras. But still the fact the the RavenEye can be used without the gimbal makes it a good alternative to a monitor.

Monitor+ supports USB C plugged directly from device to camera. So most android phones, iPhone 15 and newer iPads work, with no lag. I agree the wireless part sucks though.

I did try that a few times but only got it to work once, could possibly of been an older version of the app. What cable did you use?

I agree that the lag using wireless connection with Monitor+ was real bad. But changing the wireless settings (in camera) to 5Ghz-only, reduced the lag considerably. Now it's much more pleasant to work with... Of course, nothing is more reliable then a cable...

Still doesn't have support for other cameras which a lot of people purchase and find out the hard way that it does support all cameras. So read the list of compatiity. Yes they send me a unit for a review and they were aware what my plan was to do with their See Mo to see the rumor about compatibility.

Cameras? This’ll support basically anything with a hdmi out, it’s not dependant on the camera itself.

@@ThePandaPhotographer Oh, yes, that's entirely possible, depending on the cable you're using and the device. All the devices I have plugged into it worked, but nothing ancient.

Well, the battery is a Sony NPF battery, most filmmakers have them in their kits, I know I have about 10 as a lot of the gear I use is powered by them. That’s something you’d need to pick up by yourself.
