In my opinion, the DGS music tops all of them. I can't describe it with just words only, but it feels so well to the concept of the game in general. The music is absolutely breathtaking on some themes, and the OSTs fit well at the perfect moment.

I thought Lying Coldly is the best... But then, I heard The Great Turnabout.

2001 version will never be beaten. Ever

There is just something about cornered that makes it so awesome and endearing. Not a big fan of questioned, but the old western style of caught is great! It suits both Mia as a rookie, and Phoenix at his peak. Overtaken has the coolest name and is perfect for Apollo! Spell breaker = league of its own and the great turnabout packs all the energy of overtaken with the charm and drama of the original themes! Those GK themes... not so hot on those tbh.

After being disappointed by the anime adaptation's soundtrack, I thought "wouldn't it be nice if someone compiled all the cornered themes?" And you didn't just do it, you did an excellent job getting all the variations and mixing them smoothly. Thanks, you're amazing.

10- Cornered (Movie Version): slow, serious, is not a Pursuit, it's nothing like that. 9- Questioned: Ok, it is accelerated and tense, but it seems that the tension goes to Phoenix instead of the witness / prosecutor, is just the opposite of a Pursuit. 8- The Great Turnabout: Kinda Boring... 7- Lying Coldy: Very meh... It's accelerated, but no tense, like a Truth theme, but not a Pursuit theme. But fits very well with Miles. 6-Spell-Breaker: First of all, I love it. But not a Pursuit, is tense, but it is not accelerated, it seems more final battle theme. 5-Caught: Boring, but very tense. 4-Wanting to Find the Truth: Very fast, but with the right tension, but does not fit well with Edgeworth, actually ... 3- Keep Pressing On: I love this theme, is fabulous, but...Does not transmit much tension, not as it should. 2- Overtaken: Very Accelerated, Very tense, wow... 1- Cornered: IT'S a Pursuit theme, the definitive. I think something might be wrong with the T&T version of Cornered. In every other version I've heard on KZfaq, whether it's just the song or a video of the "Godot cornered" scene, the song has a lot more drum beats. It kind of feels like there could be some channels missing or something like that...

Did anyone not like the Cadenza one? I mean it's great, a slow start, builds up tension, then hits you up with rock, add a little bit of techno.... Then Cornered kicks in!

Alright, let's do a ranking, shall we? 12. Cornered (movie version): Slow build-up. Pursuit themes are supposed to have really fast build-ups. 11.The Great Turnabout: Could've been WAY better. I meant, Cornered should have been adapted with the DD (3DS) soundfont, but nooooo! They had to create a new one even with the opportunity of pleasing both genwunners of the original trilogy AND fans of the series in general! (also kinda sounds like Alder's "Champion battle" theme from Pokemon Black/White, which is bad considering it's the most hated Champion battle theme of the Pokemon series) 10. Spell-Breaker: Just... doesn't sound like a Pursuit theme (let alone as good as Cornered, Lying Coldly, Overtaken, or Keep Pressing On). 9. Wanting to Find the Truth: Doesn't fit either Miles or Gregory, let alone the assistants. 8. Questioned: More fitting than Wanting to Find the Truth, because at least this song sometimes play when the prosecution is winning. 7. Caught: Decent, but could've been better. Also isn't the most fitting for Mia, although still fitting for Phoenix. 6. Cornered (English Court): Sounds slower than the original Cornered, but still decent in its own way. 5. Turnabout Mode: Sounds like a mix between Street Fighter and Mega Man music, but still pretty good in its own context (fighting game context fits this music quite well). 4.Lying Coldly: THE original Investigation Pursuit theme! It fits Miles Edgeworth very well, and is pretty good in its context. 3. Overtaken: Pretty fitting for Apollo. Also, it's loud because of Apollo's "Chords of Steel", which is quite fitting. 2. Cornered: THE original Pursuit theme! It's pretty popular among the AA fanbase, and even get TONS of remixes, remastered versions, AND remakes! It is considered the best Pursuit theme of the whole series, but I don't buy it. There's more fitting themes, but it's still better due to how nostalgic it sounds. 1. Keep Pressing On: Do you want a fitting Pursuit theme that can go with three characters very well at the same time, and with the 3DS's audio quality (which is better than the DS's audio quality, by the way)? F*** YEAH, WE DO! It is one of the most fitting Pursuit themes that still has its own charm. Not only that, but some parts of it can remind you of three other Pursuit themes. Cornered (very fast build-up at the beginning), Overtaken (sudden sound stops), and Lying Coldly (the only part that doesn't sound like Cornered, and isn't a sudden sound stop like there was in Overtaken). I can go on for days finding qualities on this song, but I've got other things to do (and that is, running through the internet while searching tons of different things at the same time).

I'm sorry, but The Great Turnabout just sounds like an Objection theme to me. It just doesn't give me the intensity or excitement that other Pursuit themes give me.

Overall I like TGAA's Ost, but the pursuit theme..is not on point.

Kinda disappointed in Dai Gyakuten Saiben's pursuit theme. The first melody is really bland. The second melody (the accordian solo) and afterward is awesome, though. In general, I like Iwadare's pursuit themes the best. All of his pursuit themes from AAI and on have excellent choices on sound and instrumentation... take that strength away and they would be some of the weakest Pursuit themes.
