thank you sir charles for keeping as to update and revision that we were using now in design for septic tank.nowadays more on the developer are doing the shortcut and substandards of doing the septic just to less their budget for the materials, without knowing from the owner or a tenant that the septic tank constructed is substandard and it will less than year it will have a problem.sana maregulate ito ng maayos ng mga nagsusuri at nagchecheck ng mga municipality engineering bago nila pirmahan icheck sa design kung yung ginawa ng developer sa isang subdivision na mga septic tank sa mga units ng bahay ay tama.at syempre need din nila check din sa actual visit ito paea masuri ng maigi.kasi kadalasan after ng turnover kawawa ang mga client o owner ng bahay e.hindi nila nalalaman kung may problema or mga tubo sa papunta sa septic at iba pang drainage system.magugulat na lang mga owner barado at sa maiksing panahon napupuno na ang laman ng septic maging sa mga barang mga floor drain at d maayos at hindi standard sa pagiinstall ng mga tubo.sana maiayos ito at sundin ang tamang practice sa pagconstruct ng mga septic tank at mga tubo sa mga construction project nila.kasi hindi na sila mahagilap e pagnatapos na ang project nila na dinevelop kadalasan mga tamad pa at batugan sa pagaccept ng mga trabahong babalikan or back job.sana sa mga ganitong sitwasyon e mabigyan ng kabawasan na binabayad ng mga client or owner na tumitira na sa unit ng bahay na rent to own sa gayon makamenos ang client or owner sa part nila kasi ang laki laki ng binabayad monthly e.tapos ganun lang ang turnover ang daming back job.at mga sira ang unit na tinuturn over.dapat wag ganun at sana maaksyunan po ito ng national government para sumunod ng wasto at standard ang mga developer.salamat po.

You can recycle the effluent or liquid out of the chamber using natural filtration and use the filtered water for your garden and other uses. This is more sustainable. In fact it's not really hard to design. It will require additional 5 leaching chamber and a small pump for aeration. There's a DIY video out there that will teach you the basic on how to build it, then you can apply the rule that you learn from "Ace Review" to ensure that your build is per code.
