Hi there from Australia, I also do some youtube videos with grading (mostly soccer) but with your first card it looked like it has a small crease on the left hand edge just above the bottom. The light just caught it very quickly. Possibly could be a light fingerprint. Thanks for the videos

Love the content. Although I’m curious, as your gem rate is usually pretty good, I would love to see the process you have for finding gradable cards on eBay. Unless we would be encroaching on some of your trade secrets, I would love to see a video about that!

With fringes I run the microfiber cloth along it to rub off any cardboard hairs. I find it not to damage the edges, yet it cleans them up 👍 Thanks for the content!

That Jerry Rice card looked like it had something on the back about a quarter of an inch above the bottom left corner. When the light hit it really quick I thought I saw what looked like a dent or a line near the edge.

PSA has been pretty quick in the new year, my last sub was completed in 6 business days and total of 13 days from door to door. I pulled 23/29 10’s.

How often do you submit cards? I want to get into a fixed schedule where I make steady profit on cards by submitting every X weeks or every month.

I used to send every other week or so, but with a newborn I’ve lost my consistency haha! Now maybe once a month or twice if there’s a good special available

Great prep for this submission! Couldnt believe I didnt see that LT Gold pop up on ebay LOL! Love how you crack the uncirculated cases I would've never thought to do it that way. I always crack the tabs first and then pull the top :)

@carlsoncards his cards probably aren't too valuable, but he was a great Jets quarterback that was derailed by injuries and never reached the promise land

Question. People seem to check for surface issues on the front of the card more than they do on the back of the card. Does the front scratches and dings matter more than back scratches and dings? There is times were the front of my card looks great then I check the back and there are print lines on the back. Would that be bad to send into psa??

From my experience, the back print lines (especially on modern sets like mosaic) do not affect your grade. They have to be significant and thick to detract.

Shouldn't u at least use 10x magnification to look the card over. How can u guess the grade so fast?

Quick question for ya Bud. I been prepping tons of Cards myself cause I haven’t ever sent anything in before. I have been cleaning both sides of the Card,do you think I can get away with just cleaning the front ?

I do both! I’d recommend to keep doing both sides. At least a swipe across the back even if you don’t see anything so you can get rid of the dust
