great video!! im glad u found out ur acne triggers and how to go about them, im glad u mentioned diet since its so glossed over and people just go for buying so much skincare as the first and only solution( but be careful lemon on the skin can lead to more inflamation which results in more acne or ur acne healing with a dark mark , try swapping it out for just a plane clay mask , since clay is very good at absorbing excess oil ) ,
