This might sound weird but, in a way, this is kinda comforting. Like, the original one was traumatising for little me, but now that I'm older, I can just appreciate how ridiculously over the top the video was and how amazing this unique artstyle is. I can't get that with the original video due to the bad memories I have towards it, but this re-animated one is one I can just simply appreciate.

The switching between palettes is something I think really adds to this reanimated version. Super soft pastel to cut into black outlines and later on super saturation. It's one of the things that make it more than just a reanimation. Amazingly horrifying! Great job!

The thing that makes these re-animated ones so popular isn’t just the amazing art style and nostalgia. It’s the fact that you don’t trick younger viewers into watching. Davey would always do that. Have a cute thumbnail and the only warning being him writing how much it’ll make you smile or…horny. It’s- weird. To say the least. That’s at least why I like this. The nostalgia and the fact that you put an actual warning. Besides, most people watching this are probably adults/young adults and teenagers now. So that makes it easier to watch and enjoy.

I started watching this thinking like : " Woah! It's been a while since i've watched the original one, let's see this reanimated version! " And then when i noticed i was crying because i'll never go back to the times i was a kid and used to always watch this kinda of video. The message saying "don't cry because It's over. Smile because it happened. " got me so hard that idk if i cry more or try to cheer up LMAO. THE ANIMATION IS SICK!! The colors and everthing are really really REALLY awesome, nice job!!

HOLY SHIT THIS IS INSAAAAANE!!!! I'm so glad to see this revision and I'm so glad jt was done by you of all people!! You're art style was freaking perfect for this, it made everything pop and added some perfect details!!! I especially loved the added lazer sound effect when pinkie blasts aj (atleast i think it was added 🤔) and the blood on the screen when pinkie hit fluttershy with the words!!! The animation, colors, and generally everything about this is awesome and I will be promptly watching this on repeat. And if new young mlp fans are going to get traumatized by any version of this video, I hope it's this one ;)
