Hi Dr Geier, A long time ago I tripped over a pallet backwards and I heard a loud pop in my left knee. I suspect that I may have torn my ACL but I’m not sure if I have. It feels like it’s going to give out or lock, it wakes me up at night with shooting pain. I haven’t been to a doctor. Do you think it’s worth getting it checked out by a doctor?
