Why you don’t do a series of MMA fight analysis? Like an series of “inside fights”. I don't understand a thing about fights and I think it would be cool. (Sry if my English is bad 😬)

How are you now? I am getting surgery in one month..
@ibb7814 ай бұрын
@MrBrownii13 I'm currently 9 months post surgery and I'm doing both muay thai and bjj. I can squat almost fully and now I'm stronger than I was before the surgery. The first 4-6 weeks are but it was easier than expected. Take the rehab very seriously.

@@ibb781 you prob just had your acl Done or ? I also got a tear in my meniscus. If it gets stichted I have to wear crutches for 6 weeks maybe … drives me crazy. And then I have to learn to Walk again before I can Even Lift .. how was the pain After surgery?
@ibb7814 ай бұрын
@@MrBrownii13 I tore both my acl, mcl and my meniscus just for a little extra. I had to wear crutches for 4 weeks and then I slowly switched to one, then by the end of the 5th week I could easly walk on my own. Walking again is not hard. Getting your range of motion back was the hardest thing for me. The pain was quite bad during the first few nights but it wasn't the worst thing. Don't worry too much about it is the best advice. I think. Just take the rehab very seriously. Also good nutrition and supliements could help a lot.

Did you have any tightness in your calf which made it difficult to straighten your leg to walk and stand on?
@NeroMMA Жыл бұрын
None actually, No tightness. But it was hard because i lost mobility in the knee

Nero i’m in day 3 of post op, how were you walking already?! They’ve got me in a big bulky brace and pain is through the roof man

Did you have any meniscus damage?
@thisplacedoesntevensellcheese9 ай бұрын
@@NeroMMA none that i’m aware of. Doctors said MCL, and meniscus are intact but, boy does it hurt to bend
@thisplacedoesntevensellcheese7 ай бұрын
@@NeroMMAfollow up lol, 2 months out and i’m finally at functioning range. You were walking and bending your knees in week 1, I told my doctors and physio about your case and they were shocked. But also told me to dampen my expectations. I’m not on the level of athleticism you’re at prior
