Speaking of cola pepsi and other garbage 100% suggest avoid soft drinks aka soda ANY of them, they make you bloated and fat plus they are cancer I use to drink lemon pepsi (I am from Europe and the Serbian Pepsi was amazing 20+ years ago) but eventually I quit it all back then, today when I get to sip it out of curiosity to see how taste changes through the years, honestly it's been years now and always feels like even one sip is too much, like I am drinking either paint thinner or toilet sanitar or soap ... it feels awful.
