First I sprayed it, I thought I am gonna throw up. I gave like 5 hours and I sprayed it at the evening after the shower and I just cant believe how differently it smells.

The reason we wear cologne is for the compliments? My god that is incredibly shallow thinking. Wear a fragrance because you like it. If everything you do is solely based on the hope of receiving compliments than that’s a sad life.

To smell good for yourself and others as well as getting complimented are all big factors for many when looking at what cologne to buy. I do see where you are coming from. There is more to it than what I said in the video! Thanks for stopping by!

Everyone wants to smell good, but I have to consider others if I’m in an office or a date and wouldn’t wear something I love which may be too loud otherwise it just comes off cocky and chokes them out.

Solid review! I'm hoping you could clarify a something for me. I first came across Acqua Di Parma about a year ago in a shopping mall. I wasn't really in any need for a new fragrance at the time but thought the bottle looked really classy so tried it anyway. It was the original Colonia and I loved it! I got a huge hit of lemon which instantly brought back memories of my vacation to Italy a few weeks earlier. I did some research on the brand and was pleasantly surprised to see it was indeed Italian! The only negative about the original Colonia that I tried was it didn't seem to last very long which would really annoy me when spending that much. Am I right in thinking that the Essenza version is very similar in smell but longer lasting? In which case its an obvious pick for me. I'm not expecting it to be exactly the same but it needs to be at least 80/90% the same (specifically the lemon) if that makes sense. Sorry about the essay. Obviously going out and testing them is out of the question right now and going on vacation this year seems unlikely. I'm hoping to purchase the Essenza to remind me of happier times lol.

Maz Rashid that’s a great question and thank you for stopping by to ask! You’re definitely gonna get a blast of citrus in the beginning with Essenza and that is only going to amplify when you’re out in the sun. Although, the lemon and citrus is not as prominent in Essenza since it has a much deeper woodsier take which drowns out some of the citrus. You’re gonna get that lemon but not as sharp. More smooth. It’s not the greatest performer either but it is going to perform better than the Colonia. Hope that helps!

Very nice review dude well done ! I subscribed. Sadly I remember being sort of disappointed with this one, it smells good and I wear it from time time but I didn’t have that instant love for it like I did / do for the original colonia, Essenza at first gives me a cleaning fluid vibe
