Sandalwood is one of my favorite scents. Its very nostalgic and relaxing for me so i can listen to you talk about it for hours.

Thats a nice shirt you got there AC!! You know I'm excited for this one. Sandalwood is one of my favorite notes, and I'm honestly starting to like orange and lemon especially more and more. But lime will always be my favorite citrus. Maybe I will decant half my colonia oud and buy sandalo! Your description of fragrance is superb once again! Cheers

Thanks for this video bud. I have just bought a bottle of oud, not even used it yet. I did see a fantastic offer for the coffret for this at harrods for 89gbp though, now sadly sold out. It is at one other place to just over 100gbp so found myself needing exactly this review! Sad as it is, i shall save my pennies for one of the Mediterranean range.

Interesting take. I didn’t get the ADP oud in this at all. For me, it smells like very rich soap. I wonder if the American version differs from UK. Regardless, It’s a wonderful fragrance.

Great review, this sounds right up my alley as I am completely in love with colonia oud so if it has that opening but instead of going into leather in the base goes in the direction of sandalwood that sounds wonderful 👌

As usual, I have learned something..I will spray this one with intention, this week in Bloomingdale's. Domo Arigato, AC-San. Looking forward to purchasing Coromandel EDP, soon (in love with it, after wearing the Chanel sample) and possibly, 1725. I have just emailed my good friend in London to keep an eye out for the Issey Miyake Noir Ambre as it is scarcely available in U.S...perhaps, she will see one before her holiday, here in January, and fly it over! SOTD: Sauvage EDP, and Tonite, one or two sprays of DHP for pizza and movies at girlfriend's house...I'm thinking, spinach - mushroom, garlic with extra cheese, mate! Much Aloha, Bobby O

I have Acqua Di Parma Sandalo Eau de Parfum , its warm spicy , sweet I love it excellent for winter I could layer it with Ebano & colonia Oud.

Hi big guy! Great review as always!!! I have colonia oud. I see how are comparing them. I love colonia oud as a whole BUT the rose part is not so much for me which kind of becomes lighter with the dry down. When I saw you comparing the Sandalo to Oud, I started wondering about that rose note. No I am thinking, If the Sandalo smells like the oud minus the rose, I think it will be better for me? What do you think? I was also wondering about the performance of the Sandalo compare to Oud! Thanks a lot

Hello AC sir, Got the Samsara recent formulation and got the beautiful sandal base at the real base LOL .. after almost 3-4 hours it really turns to sandal and stays that way for 2-3 hours but doesn't project much during this phase . it's for sandal lovers not for attention grabbing in my humble opinion and the RED bottle does little differently to me sandal projects better and comes little early , kindly let me know if I am understanding wrong. thanks sir.......

Hi AC sir, I tried this beauty and I fell in love with the appearance and presence. Loved the depth and richness too ( I am completely with that it smells like Sandal wood oils which I have (few varieties) ) and which I mostly like is the creamy yet soury facet which may be coming from orange not from the sandal (which comes from good Mysore oil in my humble opinion). But I am really confused whether to get this one and Samsara (I didn't get the chance to test) , could you please suggest me if possible , or can you review Samsara so that I can make up mind ...... Great review as always you're very articulate and descriptive. I'd love to get my hands on quercia, but the 100ml bottle retails for about £180 (at Selfridges, House of Fraser, etc). However, there's this website called allbeauty.com that sells it for significantly less. I've looked around and haven't seen any negative reviews, but was wondering if you've ever used it? If not then do you have any ideas on how I can get quercia for a little less? I do love it and would pay the full retail price to guarantee its authenticity though. Thank you!

i just smelled col. sandalo. I included a decant from fragrant world. It smells 90% like brut. a cologne which cost 20 euros. It s a shame
