I think giving this a nice 60% damage buff would be suitable

honestly it’s better than i thought it’d be, still kinda worse than just a purple sword considering every single boss stomps in this game and swords beat the stomp just by swinging

Can this weapon no longer be a heavy weapon? It does as much damage as a special weapon it's feels like what an exotic special shotgun should feel like.

Damm this exotic desperately needs a buff. I remeber how stupidly good it was at the end of season of the forge, one shooting strike bosses.

They really ought to increase the damage at least enough for it to match swords. Probably more considering swords have some of the highest total damage in the game

Catalyst should give it dual loader and max reload on top of 6 in the mag

It needs intrinsic anti overload, 70% damage buff, + 10 handling speed, +15 reload, subsistence, vorpal and a damage multiplier for other people using it in your fireteam for it to be meta

I think giving this shotgun a 20 percent dmg buff and one two punch buffed trench barrel and that one perk that also gave you bonus dmg from the raid when you meleed would make it useable

This gun doesnt need a 60% buff like literally everyone is crazily thinking. It needs its body shots to do as much as its crits, or just get rid of crits entirely and make it to where its body shot is the max crit damage possible. Bc if that was the case this’d one phase faster than gjally, and do more than lament. This’d be one of the top damage weapons in-game.

The only thing I use this for now is dsc security, definitely needs a buff

Doesnt need a damage buff it could do with final round in the catalyst so you gain the powerful perk but a higher mag so less reserves

Give it more reserve ammo and the perk ‘high impact reserves’. Since reloading is basically the same as its rate of fire lol

If next season the artifact focuses on shotguns i could see this getting a buff and being more useful.

I recently picked it back out of my collections and am loving it. It’s not “good” by any stretch of the imagination, but understanding that it’s not good let’s you have a lot of fun with it.

This gun is another one of the guns stuck in the specials in the heavy slot era.

Would love to see Acrius get buffed and being op it needs it’s time to shine, especially as it’s a raid exotic

Giving it an altered version of trench barrel would be interesting. I doubt all 3 shots are able to be fired by the time trench barrel ends so just make it a condensed version of trench barrel where one shot deals massive damage every time a punch is delivered. That way it can synergize with the fact that punching the boss stops the push back while giving it a boost to damage.

Don’t know why people hate the gun. It’s actually pretty good at one shotting supers in PvP. I like it, and would use it more often if the damage was increased in PvE. I still use it though just because I get tired of using the same weapons everyone use these days just to make them feel like they’re good at something lol. People hate it now, but if it got a damage buff, and people see the use in it. Watch how more people will use it. Just give a few KZfaqrs some time to upload a video about it, and you’ll see

I don’t think this shotgun performs like it is represented as, which is a super damaging heavy shotgun. Call me crazy but they need to bump this things damage up more if they want people to use it, there’s a reason why it hasn’t seen play ever since it was released. The Ikelos shotgun with Trench Barrel can deliver faster results for a secondary.

I think the only encounter this weapon was ever good in was the dogs in Leviathan but then it was outdone by the pre-nerf Ikelos shotgun and unfortunately overshadowed by it in everything else. I can’t remember if it was a strat against Val Ca’our or not but even if it was that would only be two instances that I can think of where it was any good. I know it was an early PvP meta but I’m talking specifically PvE. Every raid weapon has had its time in the limelight so it’s about time Legend of Acrius AND Tarrabah get there time to shine. I would give this weapon a significant buff to damage in PvE and tighten the cone, it sometimes feels like a lot of the burst misses even when you’re in point blank range.

Hear the rub it got a buff with the last upbate I tryed it and it was far worse then what was in the video it neads a catalyst change and a full overhoul in its Transit perk

This thing needs a range and damage buff. Range should exceed chaperone because its a heavy and a 20% damage buff. Also giving this the aggressive frame archetype buff where rate of fire increases after kill would be very nice.

Fun fact matador 64 is the only precision frame shotgun with agressive frame impact it can get max range with 85 impact heh now add golden tricorn for another 50% it now 2 shots most champions
