Hello... these are beautiful. May I ask what you sprinked on them once you spread out the paint? I would love to try this. Also, are you using acrylic paint? Thank you in advance

Thank you Sherry! Yes that is something I like to call "Magic Fairy oil" to make it sound more fun but it's just old fashioned 3 in 1 silicone oil. Available at any Lowes or Home Depot or Amazon. A little goes a long way so be careful with it!

Did you have to clean the silicone off before applying the resin?

Cherie, it depends on how much you use. Sometimes I don't but sometimes I can actually see some solid spots still that appear to be wet. Go ahead and gently dab those with a dry paper towel if you see any.

I'm Ready to try this.... just one question. Are you using acrylic paint? Did you add water to it?? Ok, that was 2 questions

Sherry, acrylics are great but im actually using latex with most of these. It's a 50/50 mix with flotrol and I add a smidge of water to that as well. Usually just a few places. Not sure which material you are asking about. My resin I get from F.E.W. Products out of Chico California. The stickers are from Amazon. Canvas from Dick Blick.

Skywatcher, I purchased these vinal stickers online. They are a standard quality across the board. Similar to something by Fast Signs

How did you get the paint to be that fluid? Did you add any thinner or water to it because mine was super thick when I tried to do it and didn't move at all like yours. Thanks for posting this

Yes ! I add a smidge of water to my mixtures. It's not anything exact. Just a splash or so. Shake it up and pour a little out in the sink to see if it is ok or needs a little more water before you paint.
