Hello Sir, one question. I have the relieving letter/service letter of all my previous employers which has all the details to prove that I worked with the employer for ‘x’ years, but it doesn't contain the responsibilities I had carried. So, is relieving letter/service certificate enough, or do I need to contact all my previous employers requesting them to assist me with an employee reference letter which is difficult to obtain. As well, i have the salary slips too of all my previous 7 employers.

Hello , as per new rules you need to have reference letter from all employers on their letter head, generally all employers provide on request.

@@LongiaVlogs they usually provide experience letters as soft copies with their logo. Is a hard copy required?

@@ashokdaniel4106 soft copy is fine, however, you need to have Role and responsibilities mentioned in the letter.

Wonderful explanation, Sir! I have a question. I have more than three years of work experience and their ANZSCO codes are different. So which ANZSCO code should I select for getting ACS assessment. Thank you for efforts!

Hii..You can choose ANZSCO code which is more close to your job duties.

@@gurdeepsandhu10 basically you can Claim points from past 10 years ... try to find out one common code for all your experience...unless you have completely changed domain then it's different story...

Hello Sir, I have a query Reg. ACS Skill assessment which will expire on 11 May 2023. My new application brings my old assessed details and documents which I can not delete or edit. In my case, I have assessed an experience 2 years ago with a work experience certificate, which doesn't clearly state hours worked, DD/MM/YYYY, and employer's email address. and that will not fulfil the requirements according to the new guideline. I am not able to delete that letter and if I upload a new document, it will be mismatched with the old one. Please give me a suggestion. There are no changes in my Education or Experience. I just wanted to have my skills assessed as before. Thank you, Ronak

Just a question here, you selected ANZSCO as ICT Business Analyst & you have written your experience designation as Software Engineer. Wouldn't it be considered wrong by ACS?

Hello sir That was a wonderful video, I have been searching for a good video and I finally found it. I have some questions: 1. Do I need upload my B.Tech (ECE) degree from India as well or only Masters of IT (Network security) degree? 2. I am currently working as an IT support officer (7 months) but my jobs and responsibility are of Administrator: will this experience count, should I add this? And which ANZSCO code should I apply under? Network administrator or other? 3. Do we need to simply scan the original documents and upload or Certify the documents then upload? 4. While uploading passport it says "Passport/other identification/ CV":: What do we need to upload here, ONLY passport or CV both? 5. You can get skill assessment for her in the field she has experience, check which ICT code is relevant to her job description

Maybe try coming up with a better strategy to convince your HR. You know what I mean, like do your homework and make that mofo write your LOR. Rest best of luck!

If your HR can give you in writing mentioning reason why they can't give you RnR , then you can attach that letter along with notarized copy of your RnR signed by your senior .. that may work
