@lyndonjohnson4769 it's based on BTC topping out in March/April next year due to it being around around 300 days from halving date. The same as 2017 cycle from memory I believe. Many believe 2021 was the exception due to covid and govt stimulus. We'll soon see if they're right!

I'm thinking he's partly right. Sometime near the end of this year, there's a massive selloff, ETF selloff as well, the market drops a huge chunk, but then we go again and have a double top. Who really knows though? Will be very interesting to see how this all plays out.

We hit an all time high before the halving. THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE. This cycle is gonna be different. The bull run is going to be very explosive and SHORT. Its not going to be 12 to 18 months after halving as we usually will see. Maybe 8 months MAX. My educated speculation though.

We've all forgotten to factor in the massive amounts of inflation we've had over the past 4 years, printing money up the wazoo. If you factor it in, we really haven't hit the all time high, very conservatively, 25% over the last 4 years, so the previous all time high would be in the mid 80,000s.

The ETF caused the new all time high. The market could have pushed to 75k to 100k until all the shit hit the fan with Luna and FTX. This is a different cycle. No one knows what's going to happen.

People always forget another important factor: Inflation. If adjusted to inflation, it isn't really a new ATH. It would have had to reach 84k.

Keep in mind a lot of this depends on if and when the Fed rate cuts come .... If they push rate cuts to Q4 this year I think this could actually extend the market top 🤔

I've followed Cred for years and he's a cool guy but also has had plenty of wrong calls, he is good for short term stuff but it seems many of these analysts look so hard they find things that aren't there, BCB, Cred and Ben Cowen as examples . Reality is despite the early new high ( due to ETFs) the cycle will play out as it always has.

I think it might be similar to what was in 2021, plenty of altcoins topped at April/May 2021 with some of them hitting two ATHs (if you can actually say that), first one being around April/May and then when BTC topped in November. Ripple, Cardano, Solana are one of many examples.

Although I'm rather new to this market I would say the market got reset with the big crash. If enough people believe the next 2 years are going to be bullish, this will play out this way. In the end it all depends on what the majority of the people in the market think. If the market was ruled by a computer for example, the lenghtening cycle could be played out like just mentioned. This because this computer follows its predestined and preprogrammed cycle. However, the market is ruled by emotional humans and dumb money. Because a lot of people believe the next 2 years are going to be a bull market, I would say this is going to play out like this. It's sort of a self fullfilling prophecy. That being said, I am taking this notification into mind. Thank you for sharing though

@@thrivingoverload I'm holding. Look at the history of post-halving bull runs. The market always hits a new ATH ~6 months after halving followed by a sharp dip. Then, ~6 months after that the true new ATH comes into play. The market WILL dip this year, fully expect it.

So as with how he got the bottom wrong at 15k rather than 30k i do wonder if not taking into account outside factors which cant be predicted anyway but kind of makes his charting inacurate or rather unpredictable . As in we could peak in october november but with outside factors wecould easily end up well into 2025. I dont really care as long as my crypto gains are met

There is always someone who has a theory about anything. Apart from massive ETF inflows, the cycle has gone like it always did. Halfing lead to volatility - as always. Still high interest, no retail Fomo yet.... I consider the cycle to ruun as usual. But obviously you can find your "signs" for a different cycle if you like.

I got BTC at $20k, got in to ALTS well after the Market Makers, so no big gains. I will exit most of my Altcoin positions by July 30. There will be no retail folks in the market for "maybe" coins, when everybody waits until the last minute. Get out of your emotions, and DYOR. Bull Run is not going another 12 months...

Someone has to get rekt for others to make it out with a good amount of gains. My money is on the 589 moon boys getting stuffed this cycle because you can be sure their target for all their crypto holdings is far beyond what is reasonable.
