IF IN EVAPORATOR, THE REFRIGERANT ABSORBS HEAT FROM HEAT LOAD, ITS TEMP SHOULD BE HIGH WHILE LOW PRESSURE. BUT YOU SAID LOW PRESSURE AND LOW TEMP. HOW?

I am not able to understand why do we create so much pressure and heat through compressor as eventually we need to cool down the refrigerant, so why can't we just give medium pressure and hence medium temperature to refrigerant so that its easy to cool it down

Sir expansion valve se jab bhar atha hai tho refrigerant complete liquid nahi hotha 5 to 10 percent vapour hoja tha hai because of sudden expansion!
