I used to sell restaurant equipment and often had to talk to owners in their kitchens. Since then I never again ate at a Chinese or Mexican restaurant. Filth like no one would believe. I think they pay off inspectors. Example: Raw chicken all over the floor WITH A DIRTY MOP IN THE MIDDLE.
