Mouse droppings, moldy food, slimy ice machine, cockroaches -- you name it, the restaurant in the latest Dirty Dining has it.

mcdonald’s is smart . The real reason why the machine is “broken” all the time is bc during inspection season which is usually march/april ,, they like inspect everything & if they see that it’s even the slightest dirty they’ll write the restaurant up ,, so saying it’s broken is so smart that’s just like a mark to “get it fixed soon” ,, im sure they clean it regularly but it’s such a serious procedure

It’s not just Asian restaurants. A friend worked at “white” restaurants like Black Bear Diner and casual high end restaurants. Most all have serious hygiene problems from ice machines that never get washed to old frothy orange juice replaced with a fresh batch without washing the container. The only few places that he said was clean were really expensive high end fine dining restaurants. So pay a lot for a meal or you can be sure it’s not 100% clean. They need to crack down harder on these cheaper restaurants and fast food restaurants. They let them fix and open again so no one takes it seriously. After 3 C or worse grades, it should be SHUT DOWN permanently!

Like in the video, the waitress says she doesn't care, probably means she is the waitress and is not in-charge of the kitchen.
