At least he lasted 12 rounds. It's better than getting kod before the 12th round.

As important as good genetics is to making a great fighter, hunger and upbringing might be even more so. Great boxers have usually fought out of necessity, in order to eat and survive. Being the son of "El Gran Campeon" means Jr never wanted for anything. He always had food, shelter and security. The only reason Floyd Mayweather is so great is because he has Senior, Uncles Rog and Jeffs DNA and grew up poor as shit and hopeless. Hopelessness makes great fighters because it gives you hope. This fight was embarrassing. To Senior and Mexican boxing in general

It's not true, because my dad was a pro boxer, he fought well, he started boxing because he wanted to survive. He was respected and now, I have food, shelter and everything I need, and I'm so lucky to have a life like this, in my first fight as an amateur boxer, I ate multiple punches from my opponent, but I won, after the fight, feel like I'm not even someone I want. In my next fight, I lose, at the start of the first round, because I was scared, but I will never stop here, just because I read the comment, This comment gave me hopelessness, but it said hopelessness makes great fighters, paradox right????. No great fighter is born from a good and a nice background, but me, me, me, me and always be me and just me, I never box to survive, I box to win, dominate and reach the top you can laugh at me no matter how many times you want, but maybe I will beat Davis in the future

I dont see why Chavez Jr didnt throw more punches.He should of fought aggressive in some times in the fight.He probably would of won if he fought mor aggressive.This fight seemed fixed.
@JD-qr5iy9 ай бұрын
That's probably easier said than done...it's 1 thing for us watching to say throw more punches it's something different when you are the 1 trying to do it and getting drilled after every time you try to plus every boxer there ever was knows their timing when to launch and when it's not there

This fight wasn't a mismatch, team canelo was actually scared of chavez jr just look at the bizarre catchweight and rehydration clause, had chavez jr a walking zombie, no power or stamina, he was so weight drained he looked nauseous, when you consider all that chavez held his own by going 12 rounds. Canelo never fights opponents at thier best, ages them out, weight drains them or just plain cherry picks an opponent he knows stylistically he'll beat but they don't care because of the "payday". Glad canelo finally picked the wrong 🍒 in Bivol, even the judges in his pocket couldn't save him.

It would've been the exact same...Mayweather is to fast and smart. Look at some of the fighters canelo had already faced and won. Ever notice how all the Mayweather haters are always saying he cherry picked, fought fighters past their prime, before their prime, etc and ignore the fact these same fighters defeated world champions before and after they fought Floyd. 1 other thing Floyd was beating world champions when he was younger than canelo was when he got the shit beat out of him by Floyd
