If not wrong he has described the duration like this of SWAR SANCHALAN Start with - 1min normal simple breathing. Then 1st technique- 3 rounds with 1 min of focusing on this technique with close eyes. 2nd technique- reverse kapalbhati for 5 rounds 3rd technique- surya bhedi pranayam 10 rounds After completing this follow his Bhramari Pranayaam video

Thanks for the clear instructions. What happens though when the right sinus airway seems to be like it’s very narrow, like a pinched hose. It’s not congestion, but it only seems to allow a small amount, maybe 20-25 %. This is why I appreciate your video where you speak about mouth breathing ❤

@D R Thank you. Yes, I put my awareness into my belly and spine. It’s mainly first thing in the morning, but then clears when I hop up out of bed and get moving. Not sure why it happens. I seem to be good at night time when I’m doing my breath work; it’s only mornings when I have this sinus issue. Thanks for responding. I appreciate 🥰

@@suemckendrick7904 I have the same issue with my sinuses in both nostrils when I wake up in the morning. If you don't have a nasal infection then Neti pot or nasal irrigation also works amazingly well in cleansing the sinuses but I find it easier to simply blow my nose under running water and cleanse it. Apparently this happens with people who have a predominantly Kapha constitution and it is most active from 6am until 9am and again in the evening between 6-9pm, so it is suggested that we wake up before 6am (which I am unable to do as yet!). Hope this helps you 😊🙏

@@Mayank-nd2cc I think you may be over complicating it but cutting out all processed foods worked for my. However, fermented foods like kimchi, sauerkraut and kefir are all good if you like those types of foods. Probiotics may be something to consider. Just one last thing, if you are on medication, especially antibiotics or if you ever have been, that can really disturb the balance of good flora in your gut. How this helps.
