So my superjacked shirtless buddy laughed at "orbs" @ 0:28. He fully scoffed, shook his head disapprovingly, and puffed all up telling me: "this is just clueless tryhard gym idiots who wanna sound smart by making up sh*t words😤" Then I informed him that what Andy Cogan (Matt Bush) is saying @ 0:31 is actually 100% correct: "orbs" (silly, imprecise abbreviation) is a REAL muscle called "orbicularis oculi" which legit acts to close our eyes. (Im in my final year of med school👨🏻‍⚕️) My buddy just got quiet mad at me looking like😒 LOL
