When i'm in my raptor I frequently scare kids- even if the handler is touching the big dino, kids are scared! I've seen even a few adults haul butt away, and it's utterly fun.

Honestly, that was actually pretty cool that she was being quiet about it. She didn't go crazy and give him away, respecting his space and knowing he wants to have fun without getting mobbed. I appreciate fans who do that. Still made me laugh though.

I love that moment. Not only was it sweet, but it was so respectful of her to greet him quietly. People like her know that Adam wants to enjoy himself at any con without getting mobbed (like shouting to the world that he's there), but it's also nice to greet him quietly and let him have his moment.

@@evancobb2554 I saw the video of him as a Ghostbuster, and he looked awesome! I love it when he does this stuff! Man, I miss going to my local Comic Con (Emerald City Comic Con). I'm definitely planning on going sometime soon. I would love for him to come to Seattle at ECCC. We already had the amazing late Grant Imahara visit Seattle a few years ago (sadly, I missed out on meeting him), but it would be neat to see another former Mythbuster make an appearance in Seattle (even if Adam is incognito).

Those people probably have seen his Incognito videos and are being respectful so as to not alert the crowd. Also, there are probably people that do get to excited and give it away loudly. We just don't get to see them because editing.

I've met some people I look up to a lot, and I feel like I didn't make it clear any of those times. Some people just don't really show excitement (or any strong emotion) in situations like this, and I'm sure a lot of them excitedly told friends about it later. There's definitely also an aspect of not wanting to bother them.

i'd love to see a whole group together. like NoFace, Totoro, Catbus, Porco Rosso (my personal favorite). we should totally get a group together to do something like that. There's a couple of wonderful young ladies who cosplay Princess Mononoke i think its would be so much fun to honor such amazing films in that manor.

Maybe it is me, but I've never understood the character, or the movie, that Porco Rosso comes from. Anyone have any positive/constructive insights or thoughts for me?

@@peterkelley6344 well, it was originally supposed to be a short film for japan airlines based on his manga The Age of the Flying Boat. He loves planes especially bi planes. The whole him being a pig thing can be summed up in one of the lines he said in the film. it's a jab at fascism. "I'd much rather be a pig than a fascist" the film takes a lot of cues from old 1950 Italian comedies like Don Camillo you can also feel a lot of the theater coming through like Cyrano de Bergerac and Othello the whole you're more than what you look like. at least thats what i took away from it. maybe i'm wrong but it's just my personal feeling on the film. he did plan on making a sequel to the film set during the the spanish cival war but even though he has written some of it with him and his director leaving the current status is up in the air.

I recently did a No face cosplay at a Japanese fall festival and every one loved it. Had to do some creative thinking because I don't have the money to get fancy with it, but it was worth it to know I made people happy!

O man it was amazing see this in person...was trying to wrap my head around what materials must have been used to create the mouth mechanism. The flailing tongue was a nice touch! Thanks for this Adam. Gonna be sure to up my cosplay game next year cause of this!

Honestly the best one yet. I prefer to wear cosplays where you can act, interract and voiceact as the character with surrounding people.

It might be interesting to attach a small bin to the harness so that you can place the food into it after retrieving it from the mouth. That way No-Face can eat a few items before you have to reset.

I feel like the next mod to this costume has to be making the left arm animatronic so that it moves slightly on it's own and looks more lifelike. That would take a 10/10 costume all the way to 11!
