Foul Play Suspected in 6 Year Missing Person Case, WRONG Car Found Underwater!

I went searching with ‪@exploringwithnug‬ for two missing friends, Ralph Belvedere & William Bragg last seen October 21, 2015. Foul play is suspected. Ralph's home was burglarized and his coin collection and black 2002 Pontiac Aztec with Indiana plates RPE631 were stolen. There were signs of a struggle and both Ralph and Billy's blood was found in the house. Ralph and Billy's families are desperate for answers as to where they are.
We began our search in Anderson Indiana at a local pond to search for them and ended up finding a different stolen vehicle using sonar technology. After diving the car we discovered a plate which we then reported to the police. The vehicle was removed from the lake but the search continues for Ralph and Billy. New information leads us to Florida and Alabama to where we will continue the search.

I'm sorry you ran in to a road block with local officials. Most people from that area are not so disagreeable. Everyone involved in this movement deserves respect from the officials they deal with.

It's clear this department has never seen or heard of the AWP movement. Another great video by you and the Nug! Based off of the rigging it appears that department could use a little bit of training by ya'll for successful underwater recovery.

Look at it this way . People got refresher courses in things that don’t often happen . You entertained a city and us and we enjoy it because we never know when the day comes we may need your expertise.

I watched Nug’s Live and his edited video of this. You are so much ...nicer and more patient 😂🤣 Had I watched your video first, I wouldn’t have been as angry about this pull. Jeremy was FUMING and the whole thing made me so mad at their waste of time and resources.

Between the police and the tow service they honestly don't have a clue especially when you're trying to explain what you do and what they need I genuinely think their attitude and policies need to change within the system all cars should be removed from the water as its not good for the environment thanks again guys for your hard work god bless from Scotland

Just an observation,,,,,,,, so many of these videos show incredible incompetence by dispatchers who can't seem to record accurately what they're told and then they pass on incorrect information which causes confusion and delays proper responses......... Can't totally blame LEO who shows up with a complete misunderstanding of what's actually happening.

Hi, Adam. I did watch the livestream but it's nice to see more detailed parts of that footage. I was disappointed with the way you two were treated. They got as much info as they could from you guys and then had the nerve to treat you like a couple of spectators. Anyway, at least they got to do some training and a large piece of trash was removed. Stay healthy and safe 👍🏽 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

Thanks Adam for bringing us along on this one. Too bad that LEO wouldn't let you hook it up. Your lines would have held and not snapped twice. I'm not saying LEO wasn't professional, they all seemed like good guys. Next time in a case like this, pull the car and then call the police. It will save your time, so you can search other places. But then they are disturbing a crime scene. I say just keep doing what you are doing stay one step above the law hate to see your efforts punished by a jail cell or fine

@@betty-janececile5214 In the video, Jeremy asked the officer if it would be ok in that situation if they got the car out before calling police because no body was seen in it, the driver side window was down and the seatbelt wasn't in a used position, it looked like a stolen vehicle. And the officer said it would be ok in this type of situation. If this was a case of a body in the car, then that would different and called a crime scene and the police would need to be called. It just depends on the situation. Most of the time they probably will call the police.

Hey Adam, did you ever think about getting liability insurance. Maybe if you told the cops you have it, you'd be able to assist on recovery. It wouldn't cost that much. Just a thought. Thank you for what you two are doing to help families. Take care and be safe.

When they grow, forming a corporate and filing their liability coverage with the state would cut red tape. AWP should consider doing the same to fast track areas that need them. Bonding helps too and often costs $150 a year to keep up.

i am NOT a lawyer, but i think there could be huge amounts of work to manage this, each search (in a new state) could result in new state filings and requirements for insurance, etc. also, operating a commercial operation from a boat, in many areas, could be a LOT more red tape. not saying it isnt a good idea for a lot of reasons, but talk to competent legal counsel with some knowledge of maritime law as i fear that could get messy and very expensive in a hurry

I'm confused why this video was relaunched after viewing previously. I understand the frustration you experienced, however the protocol they follow can't be bent by those below superiors. Could those protocols be changed to be less broad so in some cases people like you could support? Possibly yes. Thank you for your efforts despite.

Hi, y’all. I’ve been watching but I don’t always make a comment. I do keep track of you, though. Sometimes, the “powers that be” have different ways of handling stuff and that’s what happened here. Ah well. Despite that, I admire that the two of you are doing a very difficult job. In light of that statement, I will take the liberty of playing Mama so here goes: Gloves! It worries me that you go down to check out these cars and are not wearing gloves. Please, please be sure and wear them; a small cut could turn into a dangerous inflammation and infection. Protect yourselves, please, so this old lady doesn’t have to cry over “her scuba boys”.

Good morning Adam and Jeremy. Good work to at least get one car out of the water but not quite the right one. Keep working and hopefully your case can be solved and you recover the two missing gentleman. Don't give up at all. LEO can learn more from you in 10 mins than how they did it as the chain broke. Just a suggestion, tell Jeremy to tell dispatch that it is a non emergency call. This will keep police, fire trucks, EMTs and helicopters from rolling to you. Don’t just say “ I’m wondering if you could send a cop car my way.”

While disappointing that you were not allowed to actively participate in the actual pull of the car, you carried the *Most Important* part of it all. You "found it, reported it, & caused recovery of it from the pond/lake, & ultimately stopped pollution to the water by the car". Had there been someone's loved one in that car, you "would have been Their Hero" but to the rest of us, You BOTH ARE our HEROES too!!! You provide an awesome service & do what we can't do for ourselves.

there are underwater stone quarrys all over the anderson area they are really deep.... they are private owned comercial stone companies...one is within a mile of where you guys was searching

You guys should seriously consider calling the NON EMERGENCY LINE to avoid that type of panic response from first responders... At least when you call, start out your conversation as "id like to stress that this is an old wreck and therefore a NON EMERGENCY...." This type of response happens way too frequently between the two of you. (Adam & Jeremy) Just some friendly advice... ✌💚

Waste of tax payer money! where as the team volunteer their time, make limited amount if any money. They probably reference it as training for the community so nothing is questioned. Very sad!
