Sifu chan you are one of the few wing chun practicioner who finally understands wing chun. Even higher grades doesnt understand the lapsao.

I still love that you pay credit to other styles when there's something "different" from wing chun.

It seems to me that starting from 2:00 sifu Adam's foksao is too close to the wrist, it would normaly provoke opponents hand to go through low bongsao to mansao strike. We were taught to keep outer foksao somewhere in the middle between opponents wrist and elbow. No disrespect. 🙏

Did you ever get to train with any of ip man's students that focused on the more internal aspect of wing chun like chu shong tin or hawkins cheung?
