ADAS is not going away, you are correct. However, ADAS calibrations are going to go away. While we have not started seeing this happen yet, the introduction of the next generation of ADAS systems will move the industry to continuously calibrating sensors and systems.

Is it not worth getting into calibration? Specifically windshield type calibrations?

@@salaschristopher I won't pretend to know how lucrative running a calibration business would be. You should keep a contingency plan for when the technology changes/advances. The market for ADAS diagnostics and trouble shooting is growing quickly. If you can figure out how to learn to fix ADAS systems, that is something few shops and even dealers have the expertise to do. Everyone just throws parts at these cars and waist tons of the customers money. Dealerships and aftermarket shops alike.
