As a veteran I'll say that is the best therapy for veterans. Better than any medication.

Thank you guys and fallen outdoors for hooking up those vets like that. As a combat veteran myself, I can tell you that you did a lot for them and their mind set. Most of them have never had the chance to experience anything like that.

An old timer once told me to use a sheet of live sphagnum moss for your sand shrimp, and it definitely works for me. I consistently keep them alive for 5 days in the fridge, without changing the moss, or even touching them. The moss has antifungal, antibacterial, and antiviral properties, and I like to think it might metabolize the shrimp's "waste."

In the 90's we used to fish the chehalis river for sturgeon and we only used sand shrimp. We always caught fish
