Just thank you. This is what the internet should be for, to help each other. I have seen a couple videos like this one and I have relapsed a couple times too but no one ever told me about self efficacy and it made me stop the video and think. I really appreciate you taking the time to make this video and hope it helps more people truly understand the process.

There no such thing as a "denial stage." It's called precontemplation and that's all it's called. Total fail. F-
