Thanks for sharing your personal stories , that takes a lot of courage. I agree that this kind of concentrated treatment would benefit all of us. It was a very inspiring talk. I would like to learn more about doing a daily journal. Looking forward to future episodes. Namaste.

I don’t know if you’ll see this, but you are exactly where you need to be. Treatment will change your life if you let it. My life started over when I left treatment. I actually even miss it some days. You can do this!
