Love your Channel bro. I have a question I bought the Meso 8’s d4. Two of them along with the ct sound 2000.1d. I hooked it up in my 2017 BMW x5 well a shop did it. After a week one of the subs sound funny. How do I know when it’s faulty?

of the available 6.5 subs you have tested ,which would perform best in a free air? for rear deck of a sedan? I currently have two dayton dcs165-4 wired to 2ohm have run them about 4 years and now one is damaged and looking to upgrade.. a box is not a option as I need the trunk and seat folded down often for work. 1997 jetta 120 amp alternator and amp. thanks. just subscribed.

Maybe the exclusiveness is the business model. 2” voice coil, 300W rms. Nothing unusual besides ‘conservatively rated’. We shall see…

ANYONE HELP!!! IF MY BOX IS 40" LENGTH 20" IN WIDTH AND 14.75" IN HEIGHT. WHAT LENGTH SHOULD 2 OF THE 6" PORTS BE ? ALSO IM GONNA RUN 3 CT SOUND MESOS.

24” would probably yield 34hz-36hz, which is really good middle of the road. If you have the real estate, I would push more towards 28 inches or so for a guaranteed lower tuning if you want the lows to shine. Also some math is missing in question that will influence port length. Net volume and displacement. Based on averages and your outer sub box dimensions, I’m thinking with 24 inches you will be fine. Especially, if you go with a nice flared aero!

@@marquesgraham7887 i have 2 6" diameter flared aero ports its adjustable but max length is 17" is it still possible to get 34" ?
