I have had colleagues who were 'almost' full time in to real estate businesses, colleagues who spent their office time in the markets atleast till 3:30 IST, colleagues who manage call taxi businesses, a transport company owner and so on. Sema sema, you covered all types of additional incomes, the old age similar ones are insurance agent and chits etc. as long as employee are ambitious one can never stop doing this despite how higher is the salary, it is part of life. But it should not have conflict of interest with company or less efficiency
