I have a C3 Picasso with exactly this problem. I mean basically the Picasso and the van are twins, just with different interiors pretty much.

Hi to everyone . Maybe someone know , does the additive pump work constantly or just when automatic regeneration is ON ? Thanks in advance about answer .

It injects a small amount into the fuel tank, every time the tank is refuelled afaik. There's usually a magnet within the fuel cap that signals the ECM
