Summary of the video: 1. Try to pronounce complete WORDS slow and steady. 2. Write daily routine imperfectly, try to remember precisely what happened throughout the day. 3. Read books based on communications 4. Be aware of What am I SAYING, and what the other person is interpreting. 5. Build emotions but right tone. 6. Whatever you are seeking, is seeking you. 7. Consistency and Clarity in the vision. 8. Even after trying so hard, when you get to the destination and feel disappointed be grateful YOU WORKED HARD, YOU TRIED! 9. Only failures can teach you not success! So keep going. 10. Confidence comes when you have someone to back you and encourage you to keep going, 11. (Additional point) if not Allah is indeed there for you. 12. If you say something, that someone take offense to. People will forget you what you said, but not what you made them feel. 13. Aspire to inspire 14. Manifest!

Such an amazing Podcast with Adeel bhai. It's been a very long time since I have seen him on TV screens or anywhere in the media and seeing him after such a long time, talking about different things. Especially on growth of mindset, breaking cultural chains, working on communication skills and giving attention to life in general. Thanks Adeel bhai for telling us how to look at life from a different perspective.

This conversation was utterly amazing and it is one of the most insightful things I have listened to in a while. As someone who struggles with communication greatly, this podcast has given me a sort of a direction of where to start in order to improve my communication skills. Although I have listened to a lot of podcasts on similar topics but this conversation has resonated quite well with me and I think that is due to the fact that Adeel bhai and I belong to a similar culture and set of experiences which allows for a deeper connection between the listener and the speaker. I am looking forward to attending one of his free talks which sounds very promising after listening to this podcast. Also, for people who have listened to Jordan Peterson, there is a significant overlap between him and Adeel bhai in how he articulates his points, his hand gestures through the conversation and the overall speaking tone. This begs a question that is there an objective standard of great communication and articulation? Ehmad bhai, thankyou for this!

Ask me and I'd say; For communication skills, you all need to sort things out in your head, the thing thats stopping you from coming forward, you have to defeat it. Sit with yourself every once in a while and sort out all your scattered thoughts, for communication skills, you need a quiet mind and the mind that could think straight and only then you'd be able to speak well. Give thought to anything before speaking up and don't let your emotions get the better of you and once you've managed these few steps. Now, you'd have to find valid sources of information, books, social media, newspapers etc and be skeptical and don't believe everything you hear and within months you'd be able to speak well and your communication skills would flourish within couple of years. Baby steps and consistency are the keys you ought to keep with yourself on any transformation journey !
