Robert has worked as a carpenter for almost 30 years and many of these years worked for All Sydney Constructions.

Then he goes through the job in Annandale with some shonky renovations covering a very unstable structure eaten away by termites.
Then the plasterboard was stack on walls with cornice cement and was all loose and ready to fall. The cornice and the skirting were holding it in place.
The recently renovated bathroom has to all be stripped with a lot of water damage due to a failed waterproof membrane.
The tiled walls in the bathroom were all curved and not plumped and that was caused from the timber stud wall not been constructed plump.
His advice is to check the work from the builder you want to engage and he also suggests that the cheapest price is not always the best solution.
