This chair has everything! Mesh seat for breathability. Adjustable front/back seat, height, 4D arm rests, back recline, back up and down, heat rest up/down and angle, tension. And if that's not enough, it even has an innovative lumbar support that follows your back as you recline the seat. In my trial, it does work and is very comfortable. Heat rest is extra wide with a rock solid aluminum alloy frame. The thing support underneath the mesh is extra thick so there is no way you'll ever bottom out and touch the hard frame even if you press down on it.
I do have some nip picking things about this chair which is how the arm rests do not completely fold away of go down all the way when needed. Everything else works and is very comforable.
Overall, a very solid and pretty easy to assemble chair. It is pretty heavy so count on only rolling this thing around the office rather than transporting it all the time.
