@@herambgaikwad3365 ,Sir,please continue your work.Due to limited apparatus,everyone in the lab cannot learn the connections and adjustments.But during exams,everyone has to do his or her own and in many colleges do not encourage repitation of expts.Your vedio helped me a lot.Just like this,please cover all experiments of all sems.Thank you Sir once again

I apologise for the delay. Because the quartz tube that contains the arc runs at least red hot once the plasma has got up to full working pressure and temperature. It then has to cool down, which takes a few seconds to get to a temperature where it is not emitting visible light.
