I give guys like you who handle big parts a lot of credit. I never worked on parts that big . I ran Cnc vertical mills and lathes but for some reason I was never satisfied or felt I accomplished anything from machining . I’m glad you get something out of it and keep up the great work .👍👍

Когда-то и я так, привязывал инструмент к торцу детали, вымерял длину обработки до кулачков. Точил большие шпиндели для станков. Программировал и подбирал инструмент сам. Единственно, что у меня резцы были левосторонние и, соответственно, вращение детали. Станок, как я понимаю, корейский?

Yes, it looks like that, but there is nothing we can do. Since our lathes are full, we machined it on the CNC machine without any problems. Unfortunately, there is no bed to accommodate this diameter in this CNC machine.

You can’t make money working like that. After he gets it in, is he trying out the program ? It should be load , zero point G54 etc, all tools in you need to finish op1, all set and ready to rock and roll.

Good job but you are using very short jaws.... better longest and turning at exactly diameter,in this way strongest clamping force and safety.And rotate less is possible when the door is open

Malzeme 1040 çelik. Devir 80 ilerleme 0.30 ilk talaşı bu şekilde verdim sonrası parça hafiflediginde deviri ilerlemeyi yükselttim.

ROD is 3.8 tons in its current state. When all the work is completed, the weight of the ROD will be 2.4 tons.

Door interlocks are bypassed , no safety glasses , no ear protection ,trip hazards everywhere the list is endless. We can’t get away with any of that in the uk.
