By adding -v 4 to your midjourney prompt you are not using the latest version hence this is not a fair comparison

Use v 5.2 for midjouney type /settings and you can chance the model. I don't know why you didn't ,maybe some types of collab you want to do. It's not cool, you tube is for information we have to trust...

Why you are using old version of Midjourney (v 4) ?

Midjourney is by far the best, but I hate using it and I am ready for the others to catch up so I can switch.

Firefly is absolutely terrible when it comes to following the prompt. I tried what seems like infinite prompts on a request and it never came up with the very simple request I wanted. It also provides very "vanilla" results when it comes to people. Sure, some things can be pretty realistic if you want that, but what you get looks like a cheap stock image with awkwardly posed models who refuse to do what you asked for. I have Firefly 2.0 through Creative Cloud and I have DALLE-E 3 through ChatGPT. Both of those are OK for digital art. But for photorealism, it's Midjourney V6 in my opinion.
