Thank you!!! This is the only video that I found really got my problem resolved! However, the next day when I turned on my desktop, Photoshop grayed out the graphic processor again :(. Then, I tried Display-Graphics-Default graphic settings- Turn On 'Optimization for windowed games', then open Photoshop, I can use the graphic processor again!

That doesn't work. None of these videos ever work.
