Here Are The Steps to Fix Adobe Photoshop Graphics Processor Not Detected or Detecting Error or GPU Not Detected
Method 1
1. Click OK Button
2. Close Photoshop
3. Click Start Menu Button
4. Click Settings
5. Click System
6. Scroll Down Until You Find Graphics Settings
7. Click Graphics Settings
8. Click Browse Button
9. Click C: Drive
10. Open Program Files Folder
11. Open Adobe Folder
12. Open Adobe Photoshop Folder
13. Select Photoshop
14. Click Add Button
15. Click Options Button
16. Select High performance
17. Click Save Button
18. Close Settings
19. Open Photoshop
20. Check if Graphics Card is Detected
21. Done!
Method 2
1. Click File Explorer
2. Click This PC
3. Open C: Drive
4. Open Program Files Folder
5. Open Adobe Folder
6. Open Adobe Photoshop Folder
7. Scroll Down Until You Find sniffer
8. Delete sniffer or Cut & Paste it in Different Location
9. Close File Explorer
10. Open Photoshop
11. Check if Graphics Card is Detected
12. Done!
Method 3
1. Click Start Menu Button
2. Click Settings
3. Click System
4. Scroll Down Until You Find Graphics Settings
5. Click Graphics Settings
6. Click Browse Button
7. Click C: Drive
8. Open Program Files Folder
9. Open Adobe Folder
10. Open Adobe Photoshop Folder
11. Select PhotoshopPrefsManager & Click Add Button
12. Click Options Button
13. Select High performance
14. Click Save Button
15. Close Settings
16. Open Photoshop
17. Check if Graphics Card is Detected
18. Done!

I had this same problem after Creative Cloud updated to Photoshop 2023. I tried the 3 methods listed above but they did not work. I then added the sniffer.exe file (mentioned in method 2) to the graphics settings in the start menu (same process as method 1) and then made sure that High Performance was chosen under options. I then restarted Photoshop and it fixed it. I wanted to put this out there for anyone else experiencing this problem.

Easy Tutorial Bro, It works perfectly when you add both Photoshop and Photoshopref files in the display setting. moving sniffer into different locations doesn't work

THANK YOU. didn't expect this video helped me after hundreds of useless sites and reddit forums. I'm using apple mac m1, method 1 doesn't work obviously but method 2 works for me. except you just trash the sniffer and reopen photoshop. I'll update if i ever encounter the problem again. peace!

I had a problem with the Zoom, and after many tries and reads i ended here. I fixed with the Method 1. The problem was because my laptop has 2 Graphics cards (d/eGPU and iGPU) and it's like the photoshop was in conflict. Thanks guys!
